      The owners of Clearwater Timber Resources have been in the logging business for over 35 years. During this amount of time, a lot has changed in the logging business. Today’s landowners are much more environmentally conscious than they were in the past. As a result, today’s loggers must do a much better job of product utilization while at the same time being concerned and respectful of the environment.

      Clearwater Timber Resources LLC strives to meet both of these demands. All merchantable products are removed as quickly as possible with as little ground disturbance as possible. Once the wood fiber is removed, erosion measures are immediately implemented with mulch and grass seed being applied where necessary. These procedures reduce erosion because ground disturbance is minimal in both area and the amount of time that soil is exposed.

      Clearwater Timber Resources LLC is interested in buying standing timber or pulpwood in the eastern central area of West Virginia and the western central area of Virginia.
